It’s really starting to feel like our new home! 🥳🏗️

The walls are up, the rooms are taking shape, and our new gym space is coming together. We’re so excited to be collaborating with Urbanus Interior Design throughout this transformation. Rolanda has been absolutely amazing at understanding our vision and helping bring it to life—we can’t wait for you to see everything! 💚

Next up: more paint and flooring installations—and then the transformation will really begin! 🎨✨

We can’t wait to welcome clients through our new doors starting October 1st!

Expectation vs. Reality: The Physio Edition 😂

EXPECTATION: Book one assessment → pain magically gone → never return → live forever.

REALITY: Assessment → find the ACTUAL problem → build a real plan → do the work → feel better for REAL → graduate 🎓 → live forever.

(The second one still ends in living forever, just with better form.)
