Earlier this month I hosted one of many to come Mindful Meditation gatherings via Zoom.

It was a wonderful evening. I even tossed in a little BQH (Beyong Quantum Healing) guided experience in the mix. Which created a powerful experience for those who attended live and for a few who I sent the replay with the intention of wanting feedback.

Everyone experienced something a little different. I am so delighted at the feedback.

I am planning to schedule another Mindful Meditation experience later this month (June 2026)

Recognizing the trauma/wounds are never comfortable at first.
It can often be/feel raw and fresh.
We as humans do whatever possible to avoid pain and discomfort.

What we don't see or possibly believe is the freedom on the other side of it all. The growth and empowerment.

Connect with a practitioner/facilitator who can support and be a guide for you as you begin to walk the path of self awareness and peeling back the many painful/uncomfortable layers.

No one can save you. But you aren't alone.
You need to be ready. You need to put in the work and be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Change starts with you.
It isn't about anyone else.

Its about shifts in perspective and perception
Its about constant self talk, accountability, and responsibility
It's about breathing, movement, conscious conversations and understanding energy.
How to move, flow, hold, and walk with it.

When you are ready
The path will find and lead you.
Be ready to listen and let go of any expectations.

I wish I could take credit for my beautiful outside garden. I have a lovely neighbor who has continuely created and tended to thia garden for me ans for many other neighbor in our community. I am truly grateful 🙏 💚🌻
