Dale Pearson Mindful Yoga Dale offers private and class sessions to effectively teach skills that support health and wellbeing.

Classes are low and slow and designed to nourish and relax. All yoga and meditation sessions are focussed on creating a deeply aware, mindful practice. Yoga sessions may include guided meditations, breath work, relaxation, visualization, how the body's meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine can be balanced through yoga and mindful movement, energetic healing, sound, and some Qi Gong. s includes the opportunity to develop more calm, patience, and compassion, as we increase our capacity for self awareness. Courses also offered in Tribal Belly Dance Skills and Drills. Workshops are occasionally offered to focus on particular areas of knowledge or skill building.

Yoga that soothes the soul and helps us to navigate life's challenges.
“This class changed what I thought yoga was. It wasn’t what I expected it to be. For me it has been such a supportive practice for my spiritual journey as well as for my physical and mental health. The most surprising thing was that even after the very first session I felt so much better after class. My body, my joints, my muscles feel better for days after! I find the way Dale teaches helps me understand and visualize what is happening to my body and what I am trying to accomplish with each pose. That makes me lean into it more.” ~ KW

Join us in the soothing shade for a slow, low, gentle yin yoga practice focussing on the Heart and Small Intestine Meridians, Wednesday, 5:30 pm. The Heart is the Emperor and allows us to be true to ourselves and to feel and express love. The Small Intestine Meridian assists the heart through its ability to discriminate between the appropriate and the inappropriate, holding the energy of absorption. Message for location and info.
