Going on a picnic with my 91 year old friend and this is what we'll have and why.
So many people skimp out on nutrients and take the "easy" route when packing for outings. With just a little prep time and a lot of love, we can nourish ourselves wherever we go.
Feeding people healthy food is one of my love languages and hanging out with a senior, I take special care to include the nutrients to support our exceptional health.
Bonus in this video: mama Robin (her name is Jessica) flies in about 8 seconds in and feeds her babies nutrients from the yard. Yesterday, I watched her feed them a live cicada, which I heard slowly fizzle out...😬 nature is so cool. 💕🧚‍♀️🥗

What in the world? I can't believe this stuff is legally sold to us, and it's something I "won" at the grocery store for spending over a certain amount. Oh yay, thanks for the poison superstore, well done. It's going straight to the garbage, I wouldn't feed that junk to anyone!
Read the labels, there are alot of non foods out there and they contribute to overeating, blurred vision,headaches, behavioral problems, parasites and more.
Eat real food. Do your best to grow things or shop from local farmers and growers. Your life depends on it. 💕
