We get LOTS of mixed signals about whether verbal & emotional abuse "count" as trauma. We don't like the idea that we can be "traumatized" without being touched.

Don't be gaslit— verbal & emotional abuse

After more than 10 years as a Reiki Master Teacher, my practice continues to grow right alongside me.

Over the past several years, I’ve been diligently expanding my training in nervous system regulation, vagal toning, EFT, CBT/DBT strategies, hypnotherapy, trauma-informed practices and other mind-body approaches—and I’m so excited to begin bringing this work together through my new Reiki Fusion Sessions.

These sessions combine practical, evidence-informed tools with the deeply restorative experience of Reiki.

Each session begins with the active work appropriate to you and your goals, then transitions into grounding, sound and Reiki to support relaxation and integration.

My intention remains what it has always been: to offer a grounded, compassionate, trauma-informed and safe space where you can explore what you’re ready to change, strengthen or release—at your own pace.
