September Offerings 🍃

Some slower, softer offerings at Sukha Space this month.

As I near the end of my chemotherapy treatment journey, I’ll be alternating between Gentle Yoga + Sound Baths on Thursday evenings throughout September. Creating space for rest, grounding and a little more softness.

A beautiful way to ease out of summer, into the back-to-school season, and gently return to our routines.
