A 2023 study published in Nature Medicine (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41591-023-02506-1) followed 93,263 adults aged 65+ across 16 countries and the results were fascinating...

People with hobbies reported greater happiness and life satisfaction, better self-rated health, and fewer depressive symptoms.

Even more interestingly, consistently participating in a hobby also predicted future happiness, satisfaction, health and helped lessen depressive episodes.

A 2022 systematic review (https://www.neurology.org/doi/10.1212/WNL.0000000000200929) and meta-analysis involving more than 2 million participants found that cognitive leisure activities like arts and crafts were associated with a 34% lower incidence of Alzheimer’s disease.

If your toothbrush bristles are flared or worn out after just a few weeks, it usually means you’re brushing too hard.

Brushing aggressively doesn’t make your teeth cleaner... it can actually wear away enamel and cause your gums to recede. That kind of damage is permanent!

A simple solution? Try switching to an electric toothbrush. Some models even have features (like a red light or a different pulse sensation) when you apply too much pressure.

Remember: Healthy brushing is about technique, not about brute force ; )

First we make dental plaque easier to see by colouring it with special dye, use fine powder + air to remove dental stain and bacterial biofilm, then remove tartar using technology with your comfort in mind.
