September has arrived and autumn is near. While some people think Pumpkin Spice, this time of year makes my thoughts drift to Caramel Apple Crumble green tea.

It tastes and smells like autumn, it is such a beautiful dessert inspired tea and it’s delicious hot, as a latte or on ice when the weather ends up too hot for your cozy cardigan.

Do you love buttertarts? Since going gluten free I get truly excited by any kind of treat that doesn’t have gluten- which is partly why I have so many dessert tea options, including Canadian Buttertart tea!
At a festival in Paris I stumbled upon Gluten Free Girls buttertarts and oh my goodness they’re divine! I think they have a better crust than most gluten tarts! I was thrilled to see she was at a festival in Burlington this past weekend and I found 2 gluten free options, although I won’t be eating the stuffie! 😂

I’m so happy to share that some of our teas are being served at The Onyx Salon Collective! I love this salon and everyone in it makes the whole appointment feel like an ultimate self care day, I’m so glad our teas can be a part of that experience!

It’s been a while since posting but I thought I’d say hi and wish everyone a wonderful summer!

If we haven’t met before my name is Kathryn and I started Honeybee & Hive as a means to embrace a slower lifestyle.
While enduring some health challenges I turned my love of tea into a hobby that became a very small business. One that could accommodate my health challenges and didn’t require all of my time and energy.
The wonderful thing is that it keeps me busy enough to have a little purpose and lets me relax enough to focus on my wellness.
They say variety is the spice of life and one thing that drives me is trying new tea varieties, whenever I find one I love I add it to the website so I can bring it to my wonderful customers too!
