2 full days of dance recitals in the books! That's a wrap on 2025/2026 season.

To see her growth, maturity and confidence blossom over the last year has been something to watch.

We are so very proud of our not so little girl! Now onto summer and some much needed rest!

4 exercises to help fix rib flare and anterior pelvic tilt

You can do these separately or combine them to make it more difficult.

The most important principal in helping with both of these postural issues is NOT to " flatten" or "press" your low back into the floor.

Proper breathing and ribcage mobility are the only way to really fix this postural imbalance.

If you are not using your diaphragm and pelvic floor you can not properly engage your "core".

The real first step to fixing these postural imbalances it to learn how to breath correctly!!!!

Comment BREATH if you'd like more information!

5 exercises I am currently doing to rehab my medial meniscus tear!

1. Full chain glute medius. The glute med stabilizes the hip and knee. If the glute med is weak it allows for the knee to fall medially (inside) putting pressure on the inside of the knee

2. Single leg midfoot bridge on roller. This exercise activates the entire posterior chain that is crucial in knee stability. Adding the foam roller gives another level of hamstring control!

3. Internally rotated foam roller bridge. This really fires up the poateror medial chain and adductor muscles. These muscles cross the knee at the medial and posterior aspects and are crucial in knee stability.

4. External rotated straight leg raise. This activated external hip muscles and medial quad and adductors for that medial knee stability.

5. Ankle inversion (tibialis poaterior exercise) the tibialis posterior stabilizes the medial arch and inverts the foot and is a primary stabilizer for the foot during gait. This exercise also promotes tib/fib internal rotation/exeternal rotation which is key for knee health.

These are not beginner exercises I have built this program up for weeks to get to this point.

If you are struggling with medial meniscus tear or just medial knee pain please reach out!!
