With this meniscal issue seeming to flare up once a month I was starting to get a litte down about the amount of time Im spending on recovery.

I had a flare up a week and a half ago where my knee was locked bent for 4 days.
So after hobbling around trying to weight bear and walk finally it clicked back into place.

I slowly started walking the dog...not pain free...modified work duties. And today got back at some mid level work.

Get my MRI in two weeks...not sure what the outcome will be...but got back on track today.

2 full days of dance recitals in the books! That's a wrap on 2025/2026 season.

To see her growth, maturity and confidence blossom over the last year has been something to watch.

We are so very proud of our not so little girl! Now onto summer and some much needed rest!
