Happy Earth Day! 🌎🌎✨
I came to the realization today that I don't tend to post much on Facebook- I usually post on Instagram and I tend to rely on Instagram to push it through- I apologize for that. Facebook for me was the real "OG" - so how I let it slip is crazy! so in that sense I am going to really make an effort to get back on here and update and share as much as possible ♥

I couldn’t help myself! As much as I love sharing yoga & wellness 🧘‍♀️🙏💕 I feel like there is a whole other side I want to share that just isn’t yoga related so I created a little nook where I can create and share and not be stuck to my one passion! I’m like an onion (there’s layers 😉) I am all about Live, love & connect and that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
