Just over a year ago, I received a quiet inner knowing that I was being called to shift directions and expand the way I serve others.

In January 2026, I stepped into the founding cohort at Lumina Legacy Institute with kimfitzpatrick, whose vision and values deeply resonated with my own. What followed has been a journey of learning, growth, reflection, and transformation. It has been steady, intentional, and at times challenging—but every step has been worth it.

Yesterday marked a milestone as our founding cohort completed Level 1 and 72 hours of education toward our Executive Leadership Coaching Certification.

As I reflect on this experience, I am reminded that growth rarely happens in quantum leaps. It happens in the quiet, consistent choice to show up. To remain open to learning. To receive mentorship and feedback with humility. To look inward with honesty. To release self-imposed limitations. And through that process, to emerge as a more expanded version of yourself—ready to serve others at an even deeper level.

My heartfelt gratitude goes to KIM FITZPATRICK, PCC, Kelly, Kyle Hosick and all of the mentors who generously guided and supported us throughout Level 1. Thank you for your wisdom, encouragement, and belief in each of us.

This chapter is complete, but the journey is far from over. I’m excited to continue into Level 2 this September, knowing there more to learn, embody, and share.

Yesterday I had the gift of being at my daughter’s grade 8 graduation. I was deeply moved by the brilliance and joy the kids brought to the graduation ceremony…. I recognized and deeply felt the gift of our children, the gift of life and all that we get to experience. It reminded me to deeply reflect on who I am choosing to BE in every moment. Our own energy and presence impacts others and in every moment we have a choice to decide how we will show up. It reminded me to ask the question: what matters most to me? What am I deeply committed to creating and being in this human experience?
I’m reminded that each of us is a unique divine spark ⚡️ and we are meant to complement one another and serve as part of the interconnected whole. Who are you choosing to BE today?

The luminous triangle symbolizes the universal principle of Trinity found throughout creation. One representation is sacred union of Body, Mind, and Spirit. When these three aspects come into harmony, the light of the soul is free to shine through us.

Like a prism transforms white light into a rainbow, our spiritual journey reveals the many divine qualities already present within us. Each initiation, challenge, and breakthrough guides us higher, until we remember our inherent connection to all life.

The final peak is not separation—it is Sovereignty within Unity Consciousness: standing fully in your divine power while recognizing the Divine in all beings. We are all part of the interconnected whole. Every decision we make is not independent of the whole; its sends a ripple throughout the collective consciousness and the cosmos.

An invitation to slow down.
To reconnect with your heart.
To release what no longer serves.
To remember the truth of who you are.

Sometimes the soul grows most profoundly when surrounded by stillness, nature, and the presence of like-hearted souls.

To grow one must remove themselves from daily tasks of life, remove oneself from agendas, goals and what we think we are supposed to be doing.

This retreat is not just an event — it is a convergence of wisdom, embodiment, and love.

It is the gentle — and sometimes confronting — remembering of who you already are.

Awakening is the gradual shift from identifying with the outer human self — fear, ego, limitation, separation —
into conscious union with your Higher Self and I AM Presence.

It is the moment you begin to see that:
• You are not your thoughts
• You are not your emotional reactions
• You are not your past or your programming

Awakening happens when you start to observe rather than react.
When you choose inner truth over outer illusion.
When you allow false identities to dissolve — not through force, but through self awareness.

This path is not about perfection.
It is about progressive self-transcendence.

Each layer you release creates more space for:
