Pickleball is back!

TPA's 3rd annual TPA Pickleball Championship is ready to kick off!

Friday September 18th, 3pm-6pm at Cedar Springs/Burlington Hall. Food and drinks will be provided.

Just like last year we will have 2 streams. Competitive and recreational.

Spots are limited so don't hesitate to register.

Welcome Alex to the TPA team!

Alex is a former D1 soccer player and has her Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University. With her extensive knowledge and experience in her field, she has a deep passion for health, movement and athletic performance.

Using an evidence based expercise prescription, Alex uses a variety of modalities to empower her clients to take an active role in their recovery to achieve their goals.

Alex is now available Mondays and Thursdays for appointments. You can book online through our website or call the front desk at 905.632.2728.

🙏 Thank you to many of you for stopping by our tent at the MiJ expo last night. We saw so many friendly faces from our TPA community and met (and treated!) many new friends.

👏 congrats to all the organizers for another successful year and all of the runners who competed!

The thunderstorm 🌩️ brought a little post race chaos, but we made some memories bonding under the tent 😂

Great night with Dr. Stuart Phillips breaking down the evidence on why resistance training is one of the most powerful levers you can pull to improve your overall health.

One of the reasons Pete and I believe so strongly in these in person events is simple: energy matters. When you combine a world-class speaker with a room full of people all pushing in the same direction, it becomes a force multiplier for change.
