Hands to Heel

Hands to Heel One of Burlington’s top recommended reflexologists. Hands to Heel offers foot, hand, and face reflexology, reiki, and Indian head massage.

Michelle Haché is a certified reflexologist with the Reflexology Association of Canada, and the Ontario College of Reflexology, a Reiki practitioner as well as a birth professional in Burlington, ON. Along with her years teaching fitness and work at Birth Beginnings she has been able to make positive impacts on the health and wellbeing of many. She is passionate about the work she does because she

recognizes her small acts have a huge impact on the individuals and therefore the families and communities she works with. She wanted to add a new avenue to her business while holding true to her passion and that is how she stumbled across reflexology. Reflexology allows her to give more continuity of care to the people in her community and providing a greater impact and hands on approach to enhancing their health and wellbeing. She is a mother to two beautiful girls, and a wife, who loves the outdoors. The outdoors reminds her of the natural healing powers the body can harness. Her “Hands to Heel” are your gateway to a healthier “mind, body and sole”.

Road tripping with my hubby is a barrel of laughs. Thank goodness for adaptive cruise and lane assist. It was painful how much I was laughing and the thing was, what I was trying to say wasn't even that funny. I swear the bad smell was messing with my brain. I looked as if I had smoked something.

I am back now. We did 29 hours and 38 minutes of driving. We first headed to Bowmanville to the Canadian Tire Motorsports Park for the May long weekend. My favourite way to spend that weekend. There is nothing like it, and I can't explain how peaceful I feel hangout trackside, waking up to the sound of cars on track, eating breakfast and having coffee of our laps while cars pull off their laps. We both had two naps a day, and goodness did we both need it.

Came home, to do some laundry and switch vehicles. Then out to New Brunswick to visit family. Got to see my inlaws new place, hangout with my oldest nephew, his partner, and son, see my sister-in-law, her hubby and their new dog.

From there we took my youngest nephew (on that side) to Montreal for his first F1 race. It was a great race to be at, and we love seeing how his love for racing has grown since we were last there. I have a knack for corrupting, I mean influencing others.

Now we are back home. Laundry partially done, work caught up on. Even managed to drop off a birth pool, because I hadn't spent enough time in the car.

This week is so full, but I love it. Tired from 10 days of fun. Grateful to get to sleep in my own bed tonight. And looking forward to a full week seeing clients. I am so lucky.

So exciting.

🧠 A Historic Milestone for Reflexology! 🏆
We are beyond excited to announce that Dr. Stefan Posse will be presenting groundbreaking fMRI research — “Neural Pathways of Applied Reflexology” — at the prestigious International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) annual conference in Cape Town, South Africa!
ISMRM represents 6,000–8,000 neuroscientists and MRI researchers from around the globe — making this one of the most significant scientific audiences reflexology has ever reached.
This is the second time reflexology research has been brought to a stage of this caliber, bridging the worlds of complementary therapy and cutting-edge neuroimaging. Dr. Posse’s work is a profound validation of what our community has believed for decades.
Please share this announcement — the more we amplify this moment, the greater the impact! 🌍🙌

So happy with how it turned out. Love the tree. Kat took several ideas and captured it into this stunning piece of art I get to wear forever.

I am home sick with a cold. It has been interesting seeing how prone I am to push myself to not disappoint others. What I have, ONCE AGAIN, come to realize is, people are not getting the best of me, if I am not taking care of myself. It is okay to cancel on people, it is good to take rest, everyone benefits from me being at full capacity. Now, nap time.
