Well the time has finally come to say goodbye to an amazing group of people. I am so thankful for the many years I’ve beem able to spend at Headwaze, the last 10 years have been unbelievable. In that salon I found my life time friends, I was pushed to be the best esthetician. However it's time now to follow my dream, the one that started as a drawing on a piece of paper, my gloss beauty truck. I will be going full time on my truck as of today. I know it’s short notice to so many of you and I do apologize for that. I decided after the beautiful renovations to the salon that it was time for them to also go on a new adventure. I will miss everyone so much. I will be forever be a part of the headwaze family, they are one amazing salon. With a lot of tears I say good by to Headwaze and hello to Gloss Beauty. With fear and excitement I hope to see you all on the truck. We do have a new booking system and vegaro will be shutting down in a few days and we’ll move over to Square booking.

Head waze is getting renovated
I hope that this email finds all of you well and that you are enjoying this gorgeous start to summer we are having. I wanted to email you all and let you know about a few things that are coming up in the next couple of months.

First, and most importantly, HeadWaze will be undergoing construction between August 21 - September 7. This will impact my appointment slots in the salon, as I will not have access to my room. During this time, I will have Gloss Beauty Truck open to take clients. If you haven’t had the opportunity to check out the truck, now is a great time. Please reach out to me if you would like to book an appointment on the truck during August 21 - September 7th.

In September there will also be a change in my scheduled days in the salon. I will no longer be in the salon on Saturdays. I understand that this impacts a number of you, however I will still be taking Saturday appointments on my truck. Once I know more about my set days and times in the salon, I will send out an email to let you all know. The Gloss Beauty Truck is always open on the days I am not in the salon, so you can easily book with me there as well.

Finally, we are also looking at a new booking system that is attached to our transaction system. Please be patient with us as we make this change, as we do have a few things we are still working out.

I will make sure to send follow up emails as these changes take effect and as new changes come up. Thank you all so much for continuing to support me both on the truck and at the salon. I look forward to seeing you all at your upcoming appointments.

This is so true. Clients I would love if you could read this, it’s so true that in BC we are below the Pricing standards. and becuase of all the new rules in place things do have to unfortunately go up. We now will be limited on the amount of services we’re able to do, so for us to be able to still cover the bills, to be able to work and perform services we would have to do a small increase. You all know that this is always the hardest thing for me to ever even do. I am way below what my other competitors charge but I do my job with passion and not for an income. I’ve always tried to be fair and I love all my clients but for me to keep the doors open I sadly have to make this very difficult decision.
