Shari Creates I can help you lose weight that's sustainable and fits with your lifestyle without being deprived. I’ve always loved cooking and eating!

It goes hand in hand, don’t you think? Over the years my methods and products have changed dramatically. Suppers used to be me opening a jar of a store bought sauce and pouring it over cooked spaghetti. My kids still reminisce about apple cake for breakfast! It was easy, but not nutritionally sound. I knew that something had to change and it was me. I lost weight and I started to take an interest

in what and how I was cooking. I experimented, sifted through all my cookbooks, used the Internet and went through all those magazines that I never threw away and found recipes that I modified without sacrificing taste! Eating better and changing things up with variety are essential in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Food and health should be simple. By posting different recipes on this page I am hoping to create a stir and help to inspire you to experiment with food a little more. 💕Not hard to make at all. There’s a touch of maple syrup, some h**p hearts and chia seeds – perfect combination and packed with protein. So good that I don’t buy almond butter anymore!

💕I loved this! It was so easy to make and is a perfect way to add vegetables and plant protein in your diet.

And so easy to make too!

Put in a bowl:
✅ shredded red cabbage
✅ brown rice
✅ julienned red peppers
✅ edamame beans
✅ cubed fresh mango
✅ cubed avocado
✅ sliced green onions
✅ fresh mint

Toss with a peanut butter dressing and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Add some protein and you have a great meal!

🌟Bonus: store extra veggies in containers for easy meal prep!!
