Winter has begun to soften.

And in that quiet shift, we remember…

There was medicine in the stillness.
In the slowing down.
In the unseen tending beneath the surface.

We honour the nourishment this season has offered—
the reflection, the pause, the space to listen more deeply to the heart.

Because even when nothing appeared to be happening…our roots were growing.

A natural cycle of release and rebirth.
Of shedding what needs to be left in the earth to gently nourish the seeds of intention that is ready to bloom.

She Blooms~Rooted in Release ~Awakening into Light
At Sacred Roots breathwork is approached as a sacred ceremony to bridge mind, body and spirit. Breath allows for deep connection to self and our natural’s rhythms of life. She Blooms is an opportunity to release the heaviness of winter, and step into the light of illumination by creating space for clarity and expand energy, making space for that which we wish to nurture and grow.

I love living in Canada where the seasons guide us through cycles. Moving in harmony with nature attunes us to these rhythms allowing us to find our natural flow. Spring may be one of my fav, love as everything starts to awaken and come alive. Feeling into the essence of spring with the gentle thawing and releasing back to earth to nourish life. As we step into spring we release all that we do not want to carry forward, releasing all that has died off within us to enrich the inner soil ready to plant the intentional seeds of creation …rooting down.
This is a sacred threshold—a time to breathe deeply, clear space, and nourish your inner space. Awakening with the earth.

On March 27, I invite you to a Spring Breathwork Journey—a time to reconnect, realign, and breathe in rhythm with the season.
