Our passion is to promote wellness through therapy, movement and meditation.

Our beautiful wellness centre offers services that connect the body, mind and spirit. Headwaters Wellness is located in the heart of the village of Alton and offers a serine environment for you to escape to. Alton is nestled in the Hills of the Headwaters known for its rolling hills, abundant rivers and waterfalls. Headwaters is a unique region including Caledon, Orangeville, Erin, Mono and Shelburne. We welcome you to become apart of our small community who cares passionately about coming together to help others lead a wholesome life.

Travel brings us to different places on a map but also different places in our hearts ❤️ and brings connection on a soul level

It can bring us home to pieces of ourselves that guide us home to our souls, heritage or activates something deep within✨

Travel takes time to integrate from. Time changes, speed of life and taking time to integrate pieces of us that we’ve lost and found.

Recently we took this trip to Italy to celebrate my husband’s birthday and connect to his Italian heritage. But in reality it also allowed me to connect in a big way to something I needed in a deeper level as well ❤️

Trust where the wind takes you! Your true north or souls calling to travel to a certain place is likely ment to happen for a certain reason

A home coming……..even if you don’t even know that you are home 🤍 Your heart will certainly know when it’s arrived ✨

It’s breast cancer awareness month ….. just a reminder to check your girls. I love how architecture mirrors sacred symbols
There is no better time then now to honour the feminine 🤍🙏🏻✨

In Puglia where we are staying, trulli are old pyramidal structures where the Italians once lived

Trulli were also marked with symbols on the roof based on religion and astrology.

I’m nearing my 49th year and it’s 100% on my to do list for October to get a mamagram 🤍 Take care of your girls ✌🏼 in every shape or form 👊🏻

I am currently in Italy 🇮🇹 celebrating a big milestone for my husbands birthday

Before coming on our trip I had a message
from a dear clients father in spirit who was from Italy and he offered a helping hand to guide me on our trip

If you don’t believe in angels 😇 I hope this gives you hope!

Before coming to Italy, I messaged my client to ask her the name of her Dad and she shared his name is Antonio or Tony

We circled around the city of Sorrento many times and I started to notice some pretty cool signs

The main square had a statue of St. Antonio. I really didn’t think too much about it or connect the dots and then i looked up a message from my mom about visiting a church in Sorrento while we were here called Sant Antonio. We had circled around the vicinity of this church our whole time when we were in downtown in Sorrento and finally landed on the steps today. And it was truly breath taking 🤍

This was a “big sign” but all along the way the signs have been everywhere ….angel numbers 11:11, 222, 444 and literally white feathers everywhere (even one falling form the sky)

If you don’t believe or speak to your angels then maybe just start small. Ask for one small sign. They are here to guide you and show you love every step of the way.

My dear Aunt Gloria who is one of my angels showed up so many times ! She comes to me as a yellow butterfly and I have seen them so much here during our travels. “Gloria” has been displayed on so many places too!

The level and attention to care that I provide my clients has always been my number one priority. Due to my current case load I have decided to put a hold on accepting new clients (until further notice) in order to be able to serve my current customers

Sometimes things we resist in life are actually the medicine we need the most

This weekend I was planning to go to a hockey tournament with my daughters team, but almost backed out because of guilt and obligation

My daughter pushed me to go and just have fun! So I listened to her and did! 🤩

I hadn’t been to Niagara Falls in years and it brought so much joy! Fireworks, go carting, farris wheel ride, so much cheering and laughter. Plus I serendipitously ran into university friends who are always food for my soul 🤍

Next time you are in a position of resistance, perhaps ask yourself why are you resisting so much and what’s the worst thing that can happen?

Sometimes what we need the most lives on the the other side of fear. So just say ‘yes’ and do the damn thing!

Our emotional bodies 🌊

Our bodies run so much deeper than tissues and bones…..blood, nerves and cells.

Deep within our body runs our emotions ✨which are often represented by the element of water. We can take care of our physical body but if we don’t tend to these internal waters our physical will suffer

We need to to feel, process and integrate in order to heal ✨ Otherwise those emotions get stored in the body

One of the reason that I fell in love with Osteopathy is because we recognize that healing happens much deeper than the physical. More often than not it is the emotional body that is holding the physical and once you help release those waters flow freely

Today was a very circle moment. Going back to the start of where it all began. Being a young mother is hard. Especially when your baby is struggling. Our first born suffered from colic and in our lowest moments a treatment that was not mainstream, came into my awareness. Something called Osteopathy. It shifted so much for our daughter’s health and also for me that I decided to return to school become one!

Today 16 years later, i took my very first paediatric Osteopathy course from a mentor and colleague Family Focused Rehabilitation & Wellness that treated both my girls when they were little (ironically she shares the same birthday as my oldest daughter). Sometimes moments come around to remind us how far we have come and how the universe lays out a path we have may never expected 🙏🏻💖

So grateful that this hardship as a new mother led me to where I am today.
