**Important Update: Pausing Massage Services**

Dear Valued Clients,

I hope you’re well. I want to thank you for your incredible support over the years. Due to health reasons, we will be temporarily pausing our massage therapy services. We will continue to rent out our mild hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)?
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is a treatment done in a pressurized chamber where the air pressure is raised to 4.2psi or1.3 ATA higher than normal air pressure and an oxygen mask flowing 95% oxygen. In this pressurized environment, your lungs can breathe in up to three times more oxygen than what would be possible breathing pure oxygen at normal air pressure. 2022: Taking time to reflect on bettering my service: getting back to essentials and ridding myself of bad habits. As we relax symbiotically to keep releasing all that no longer has purpose. With the spring, it's perfect timing for an honest look.
I started Ayurvedic Head Massage quite into the therapeutics aspect on superficial tissues, but got hung up on some other muscular layers that tired me out. I'm going back to the original plan as the fascial layer (containing blood,lymph etc) to free them, and effect with my oils.
Perhaps others will be disappointed but at least all will enjoy, including myself again, as I further study into these important tissues these years.
Grateful for honest feedback because without you, my reflection would not go as deep.
I love what I do and wish for more health as a key to happiness.
I've also made key steps in relocating to a private room, so we can close our door on request and have free parking.

We are increasing vagal tone when touching our heads, neck and face...as we would to a baby, resetting the autonomic system that decides to relax or be in a state of flight/fight.

Ayurvedically speaking, 37 out of 107 accupressure or marma points are located on the head. Isnt' that impressive? These points are linked to many organs, understood by traditional chinese medicine as well, that when stimulated can directly or indirectly open up channels.
A free, vibrant person will feel all their channels open, be comfortable sitting still or in movement.
The type of touch, soft, circulatory, is all dependant on which points we are trying to stimulate. In the head we should be careful as different marmas require a different touch, for example, the Adhipati Marma (softspot), that helps with tiredness, depression, anxiety and receeding hairlines. This spot is sensitive and the touch should be flat fingered.
