If your ready comment “ PKM “ to learn elite techniques doing more with less 🙏🏼

Soccer players know… your calves take a beating. ⚽️

Regular calf massage with added Thai massage techniques can help reduce muscle tightness, improve ankle mobility, support recovery, and keep you moving at your best.

Comment “ PK11 “ if you want to learn how to treat different conditions not blindly..

This quick test helps screen the ACL, PCL, MCL, and LCL and can help determine whether further assessment is needed.

If these tests reproduce pain or significant instability stop immediately. Those findings may indicate a ligament injury and should be assessed further rather than pushing through the movement.

Conor McGregor’s recent knee injury is a reminder of how quickly these injuries can happen. Depending on which ligament is involved and the severity of the injury recovery can range from a few weeks to several months. With the right diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation many people, even elite athletes, return to full function.

Save this for the next time you’re assessing a painful knee.

If you’re ready comment “PKM” and learn to use your body, not brute force. ❤️

Do you actually understand what this technique is doing, or are you just copying what you see online? 👇🏼

This technique targets:

• Hip flexors (psoas + re**us femoris)
• Quadriceps and anterior thigh
• QL (quadratus lumborum)
• Calves
• The entire Superficial Front Line

What it can help with:

• Reduce tension through the front of the body
• Create gentle traction to unload the lower back
• Improve movement from head to toe instead of chasing one painful area
• Help the body relax as a connected system

The biggest difference between an average therapist and a great therapist isn’t how many techniques they know.

It’s understanding why each technique works.

Leverage. Positioning. Traction. Breath. Tissue tension. Body mechanics.

When you understand the cause and effect behind every movement, you stop collecting techniques and start delivering treatments with purpose, confidence, and better results for your clients.

Comment “PKM” and I’ll personally send you the link so you can stop using your hands and thumbs ❤️

NO WAY… Feet on the spine?! 😮‍💨

This is one of the most recognized techniques in Pha Khao Ma Stretch Massage, but it’s also one of the most misunderstood.

Using your feet isn’t about applying as much pressure as possible. It’s about leverage, precision, body mechanics, and knowing exactly how much support, pull, and compression to use for each individual client.

Unfortunately, many of the videos online get this wrong. The client’s position is often unstable, their body is rotated, and the technique becomes nothing more than pushing and pulling.

Advanced techniques aren’t defined by how impressive they look. They’re defined by how you understand what’s happening, how
safely and consistently you can perform them.

Master the biomechanics first. The results come naturally.

These incredible visuals by Synermuscle show what’s happening beneath the surface and why this technique can be so effective for relieving back tension when performed correctly.

Comment “PKM” if you’re ready to use leverage and biomechanics, not brute force. 🫶🏼

Most therapists think they need to be stronger. The truth is, they need better biomechanics.

Learn how to sit your client up in seconds using leverage instead of muscle, plus 3 simple adaptations for different body types. Because in massage therapy, not every technique works for every client.

Work smarter, protect your body, and make every treatment feel effortless.
