I am someone who comes from childhood trauma, poverty, lack of self love and addictions. I found that things in my past were effecting my current relationships. Not only with others, but myself. Despite sobriety and some life changes I made. I felt stuck… It did not matter I changed the environment and people I surrounded myself with. Those same lessons came back, with triggered responses. I created voids in many forms of addiction - food, alcohol, drugs, tv/cell phone, sex ( does some of this sound relatable?)
