VYVO announces a new device, important news, and updates.

During the last Corporate Update, we have been able to hear from the words of VYVO CEO Mr. Fabio Galdi and COO Mr. Alessandro Senatore, some important updates and incoming news.

New VYVO WATCH LITE SE
The company announced a new name for its devices: VYVO LIFE WATCHES. An appropriate name for a new category of wearable devices able to help you "listen to your body's voice" and get a deep understanding of your main bio parameters. In this category, from today, a new breathtaking device has been added, and it's already available for sale inside the store. The new VYVO WATCH LITE SE is a special and improved edition of the previous WATCH LITE. Designed with a focus on the new needs of the people, and to fully support the just-announced project CEASE and produced at Foxconn facility.

The IR+INR SpO2 measurement is now enlarged and flanked with new Body Temperature monitoring. The device is equipped with a new Texas Instrument high-precision medical grade digital temperature sensor, capable of providing a body temperature result with an accuracy of up to ±0.1°C.

This, as well as the Guardian and Smart Alert features, allow you to be constantly aware of your body temperature.

Launch of Project CEASE - an international project that plans to use your VYVO smartwatch data to identify if you get COVID-19

The 20th May, 2020 will emerge as a special day in the history of VYVO because today we launch a project that is so significant that it will give VYVO worldwide recognition and will confirm the relevance of our unique business.

Soon you will see that our technology and our ability to work with our members to focus on a significant project will deliver something so powerful that it will create an impact worldwide. We know that what we do is impressive and meaningful but today, other people outside our business will know and understand that if we are successful, it will have a greater impact than even we could have ever imagined.

As a company, our mission is to use advanced technology and our innovation to improve our members physical health and financial wellbeing, so they can change their quality of life. As a VYVO smartwatch wearer, you already know that one of the key aspects of our technology is that your smartwatch gathers your bio-data which is secured with blockchain, and then our Oracle Artificial Intelligence (AI) analyses your data allowing our Guardian Alert system to provide you with an early warning alert if it detects a problem so you can take appropriate action. Our plan is to extend this activity to the COVID-19 pandemic. It sounds simple, but if it works, the impact will be huge.

This scientific study is being run by VYVO Labs, a research center and division of Vyvo Technology Corp, based in Silicon Valley. Using VYVO’s existing Guardian Alert system and the AI platform, VYVO Labs seeks to identify patterns in smartwatch data which will allow it to identify the probable onset of COVID-19 and provide an early alert to the VYVO smartwatch wearer.

What we would like you to do is to join this project, called Project CEASE. We need 25,000 VYVO smartwatch wearers so we can gather enough data to train the algorithm and identify patterns which indicate the probable onset of COVID-19. As part of the training process, we need to test participants COVID-19 status and consequently, for the purposes of training the AI, everyone who agrees to participate can obtain an approved rapid antigen COVID-19 test kit for free (shipping not included) via their back office. These test kits have already been sourced from approved manufacturers and is selected depending on the participant’s location, to ensure compliance with their local country regulations.

VYVO Devices and VYVO Smart App upgrade: new functions available now!

The VYVO device universe today takes an important leap in regards to improvements and expansion of features, thanks to an extraordinary firmware update release, as well as a new App version. The latest updates address technical adjustments, optimization, and general improvements in performance as well as including some significant new functions.

1. Guardian and SOS for VISTA PLUS and WATCH LITE EDITION

Thanks to this firmware and app release, it is now possible to set and receive the Guardian notifications. Simply set the limits of your bioparameters on the VYVO Smart App and receive the alerts when the measurements exceed these limits. Thanks to Guardian, you can receive notifications for Blood Pressure, Heart rate, Breath rate, Atrial Fibrillation, and Fall detection.

Moreover, with the SOS function, you can send assistance requests to your emergency contacts. Set the list of your contacts inside the VYVO Smart App and activate the SOS on your watch: Push and hold the power button, select the SOS option, and tap on Send SOS.

A message will be sent to your emergency contacts, including your last known position, and on your watch, you will receive a confirmation message after it's sent.

An essential improvement in the release of these two functions is the ability to elevate the performance and the daily utility of your device.

2. SpO2 monitor for WATCH LITE EDITION

The update just released also contains another notable improvement dedicated exclusively to Watch Lite Edition. From today, all owners of this device are able to check and monitor their Oxygen saturation.

Oxygen saturation (SpO2) is a measurement of how much oxygen your blood is carrying as a percentage of the maximum it could carry. For a healthy individual, the normal SpO2 should be between 96% to 104%.

Clearly, the release of this function enriches the possibility to set the Guardian feature also to receive and send alerts related to the variations of SpO2.

3. BIAN QUE'S PULSE WAVE DIAGNOSTIC for Android App

For all Android users, the upgrade app now includes the BIAN QUE'S PULSE WAVE DIAGNOSTIC. Thanks to this function, it is possible to check the continuous status of some of your organs, and the analysis can assist you in understanding how to improve your daily lifestyle and live a healthier life.

This feature is based on a unique diagnostic approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the examination of twelve meridians: a method to choose an emerging or relatively emerging pulsating vessel that is exemplifying or easy to inspect, among the twelve meridians and the Bian Que's exclusive pulse examination of the inch opening (wrist pulse).

• Update or Download the most updated version of the VYVO Smart App from the Official Stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, or VYVO App Store).

• An automatic alert will inform you about the availability of new firmware (Only for WATCH LITE EDITION and VISTA PLUS). In the case, it does not show up, you can always access the device menu, then reach the firmware upgrade section and start the update from there.

You are now all set to enjoy this enhanced VYVO experience!

Please note: Ensure that both your phone and the device's battery power is not lower than 50% before starting the firmware update, and make sure to keep your smartwatch close to your phone. Do not exit the upgrade page before the transfers have finalized, and the update has been completed successfully.

At the historic VYVO World Congress held in San Francisco on December 6-7, 2019, the Company announced a Stock Incentive plan to give an ownership opportunity to VYVO consultants and distributors.
