I just love this latest post by Taylor Swift.

Apparently, while on tour she tripped on her dress during a costume change. She fell down while backstage and cut her hand. She goes on to mention that it was Mercury retrograde coded.

Got that right girl!

Is there anyone else out there who is feeling the impact of this Mercury retrograde?

To date, I have the battery on my MacBook not operating properly and my Huawei watch has just decided not to recharge.

Mercury went retrograde in the sign of Ta**us on April 21 and it will stay there until May 14.

During this time be a little bit more patient with your technological devices or any misunderstandings with your friends or loved ones.

You may experience delays when you are traveling.

It really is not the best time to sign any contracts, or make any life altering decisions so please be mindful of this.

Take a breath and remain calm. It will all be over soon.

Did anyone else see this waxing crescent moon and Venus line up on Saturday, March 25th? It was spectacular and I managed to capture this image on my phone.

Just like the seasons - moving from winter to spring, we are in a new phase where we have the opportunity to re-energize and re-build.

It is time to focus on our intentions.

Take a look at your goals and analyze them. What is going right and what needs a bit of tweaking?

One of the best ways for me to connect to my soul on a more intimate and deeper level is by immersing myself in the natural beauty that surrounds me.

This weekend we took a 30 minute boat ride out to an island called Jarada. It is completely submerged underwater but reveals itself at low tide.

It is magical!

A piece of heaven on earth!

The water is crystal clear and a stunning turquoise. There is a beautiful white sand beach. The bright blue sky overhead is magnificent and reminds me of my homeland.

I feel completely at peace. My soul is comforted and re-energized by the beauty that surrounds me.

In times like these, I close my eyes and listen to the sounds of nature embracing me.

I take a few deep breaths; in my nose and out my mouth and express the gratitude for everything in my life.

I pray for those who may be in pain or suffering. I send love and light to all of those souls who need it the most.

I hope you enjoy this photograph as much as I do.

Happy Bahraini National Day. I feel so honored and privileged to be celebrating with these beautiful ladies this week.

I love all of the bright colors (and you know the healing power that I associate with color)!

I experienced a few of the cultural traditions and I got to try so many different types of Arabic food.

Learning about other people’s traditions and customs helps to promote understanding and awareness.

I think that the world would be a better place if we all did a little bit more of that.

This is how I start every single day. Regardless of my energy levels, my mood or what is going on with people, places or things around me.

If you start your day with gratitude, it will help to raise your spirit.

There might be times when this is difficult and you can not find anything to be grateful for. These are the darkest of days.

When this happens, just take a look around you and start from there.

“ I am grateful for the roof over my head, I am grateful for my heart that beats, I am grateful for the big blue sky, I am grateful for my family and friends”…

Try this and I know that you will feel better.

Every couple of weeks my husband walks into the house with a beautiful bouquet of stargazer lilies.

Sometimes they are white lilies and sometimes they are orange lilies but most of the time they are pink stargazer lilies.

I learned today that the stargazer lily represents financial success, abundance, wellness and prosperity.

All of these things are welcome in my life. I will now set these intentions when I look at them or smell their scent in the house.

Sickness has a vibration of 5.5 hz, it does not seriously exist above 25.5 hz.

The reasons for having low vibration can be: tiredness, fear, nervous tension, rage. This is why we have to vibrate high - stop constantly watching the news, even if it's for a short period of time, so your vibrating frequency doesn't drop.

The frequency of the Earth is 27.4 hz but there are places that vibrate very low like hospitals and shopping centers, bars, nightclubs, jails, subways, old office buildings, etc.

Pain 0.1 to 2 hz
Fear 0.2 to 2.2 hz
Irritation 0.9 to 6.8 hz
Noise 0.6 to 2.2 hz
Pride 0.8 to hz
Abandon 1.5 hz
Superiority 1.9 hz

Instead:
Truly thankful 150 hz
Compassion 150 hz and more Love 205 hz

You need to vibrate high, in the most scientific meaning of the word it is more important than ever...!!!
