Meet CDS® Robert J. Yencha!

Robert J. Yencha, CDS®, CSP®, MRP®, ABR®, SFR®, is a New Jersey real estate professional with Weichert Realtors in Chester, serving clients throughout Warren, Hunterdon, Morris, and Lower Sussex counties. He specializes in helping clients navigate complex real estate transitions, bringing leadership, negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and disciplined problem-solving to every client relationship.

Before entering real estate, Robert served more than 32 years in the U.S. Army and New Jersey Army National Guard, retiring as a Colonel. His senior leadership positions included Commander, State Inspector General, and Director of Human Resources. These roles required decisive leadership, confidentiality, impartiality, conflict resolution, and the ability to guide people through difficult and highly emotional situations.

Bernadette is a REALTOR® as well as a Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS®) and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) with Compass, serving the northern Denver metro area and surrounding communities. One of the most common frustrations professionals experience is hearing themselves think:

Kayle was raised in San Antonio and has always appreciated the
city's rich culture, history, and vibrant community. Her children attended the same schools she did before earning degrees at UT Austin. As a proud single mother, she taught them to work hard and chase their dreams — and they did. Today, her daughter is a pediatrician and her son is an investment banker, both thriving in Houston, and Kayle could not be prouder.
