Have you ever felt hesitant to share what you really think in an online wellness space?

Maybe you were misunderstood.
Maybe you saw someone else get criticized.
Maybe you learned to stay quiet because it felt safer than being judged.

Karina speaks to something many people in holistic wellness have experienced: the hesitation that comes after being wounded in other communities or platforms.

Wellbee Social was created to be different.

A place where people can ask questions, share experiences, explore different healing paths and have respectful conversations without feeling like they have to hide who they are or what they believe.

This does not mean every conversation will be simple.

It means we are practicing a different way of being in community.

One rooted in curiosity, respect, honesty, and the understanding that healing does not look the same for everyone.

So let’s open this gently:

Have you ever felt afraid to share your real questions or experiences in a wellness space?

Authenticity does not usually happen all at once.

Sometimes the first step is simply showing up.

Maybe you attend without turning your camera on.
Maybe you listen quietly.
Maybe you use the chat.
Maybe the next time, you speak.
Maybe eventually, you feel safe enough to be seen.

In this clip, Karina reminds us that authentic communication is built through small steps, not instant transformation.

We live in such a fast, drive-through world where everything is expected to happen quickly. But real connection often asks us to slow down, wobble, make mistakes, and take the next honest step.

That is part of what we are creating inside Wellbee Social.

A space where you do not have to perform your way into belonging.

You can begin where you are.

What is one small step that helps you feel safer showing up in community?

Are we afraid to be seen? So much of life now happens behind a screen, where we can edit, delete, block, scroll past, or disappear when something feels uncomfortable.

But real connection asks more from us.

It asks us to stay present.
To be willing to be seen.
To ask honest questions.
To have deeper conversations.
To move beyond performance and into something more real.

This is the kind of community we are opening inside the Wellbee Social Facebook Community — a space for connection, curiosity, holistic wellness, and conversations that go beneath the surface.

Join the group and follow Karina’s founder introduction series as we share more of the vision behind Wellbee Social. 🐝

One of the things we love most about Wellbee is seeing our community members create spaces where others can feel seen, supported, and connected.

This week, we’re highlighting the Soul Sista Community Circle, facilitated by Zyoni Hamashiach, a gathering created to nurture authentic connection and meaningful conversation.

If you’ve been looking for a welcoming space to connect with like-minded women, this may be a beautiful opportunity.

We encourage you to learn more and support the incredible people who make our community so vibrant.

💛 Event July 27th details here:

If you attend, we’d love to hear about your experience in the comments afterward. Supporting one another is what makes this community so special.

Wellbee Gatherings are a space to meet the person behind the practice. 🐝

Once a month, we spotlight Wellbee practitioners, experts, and professionals, giving them the opportunity to share more than what they do.

They get to share their story.
Their journey.
Their service.
Their obstacles.
Their questions.
And the path that brought them into holistic wellness.

Because every practitioner has a story behind their work.

These gatherings are a chance to listen, learn, connect, and understand the heart behind the healing.

If you are a holistic practitioner, teacher, expert, or professional who would love to be featured in an upcoming Wellbee Gathering, we would love to hear from you. 🐝

Wellbee Social may live online, but the vision has always been bigger than a screen. 🐝

Karina shares her thoughts on how technology can become a bridge for real connection.

A place where practitioners, seekers, teachers and community members can find each other, learn from each other, understand each other’s challenges and begin building something more meaningful together.

Through groups, conversations, Zoom gatherings, Wellbee Academy, events and community spaces, Wellbee Social is creating a way for people to connect online while keeping the heart of healing rooted in human connection.

Because technology can bring us together.

But connection is still the path.

What kind of connection do you feel is missing in wellness spaces right now?

What does being in alignment actually feel like?

Sometimes it is not a lightning bolt or a perfect plan. Sometimes it feels like being gently pulled toward something you keep coming back to.

Something that excites you.
Something that feels meaningful.
Something that gives you energy even when it still takes effort.

In this conversation, we explore how alignment can feel less like forcing your way forward and more like recognizing what naturally resonates with you.

We’d love to hear from you:

How do you know when you are in alignment?

Over-functioning can make you feel like you need another answer, another plan, another person to tell you what to do.

But sometimes what you actually need is the pause. The kind of pause that helps you hear your own inner knowing again.

That is what we loved about this part of the conversation with Dr. Shiva. DynAlign is not about telling someone what to do. It is about asking the kind of questions that help them make their own connections.

Because when the insight comes from inside you, it lands differently.

“If not me, then who?”

Karina shares the part of the Wellbee story that most people never see.

The late nights.
The early mornings.
The failed attempts.
The moments without a map.
The courage it took to keep taking the next step anyway.

Wellbee was not built from a perfect blueprint.

It was built from a vision: to create an authentic wellness community where practitioners and seekers could connect without algorithms, ads, noise, or social media masks.

What began with one person’s resilience is becoming something many hands are helping to build.
