Art “therapy”! 👩🏼‍🎨

I was reminded today of a water colour painting class I attended over the winter. Little did I know that I actually made it to the front page of the website!! 🤩

I love supporting local businesses and fellow female business owners. In Art Studio is run by Inna Nagaytseva, who as far as I can tell is a legend: running her own art studio, providing incredible painting lessons with a side of sass, and travelling the world!

Painting and art have been shown to help improve mental health! While these classes are not therapy, I certainly experienced the therapeutic nature of sitting and painting for an evening. 10/10 recommend if you are in Calgary!
