Holly L. James I have been been providing services in Alternative and Complementary Health for more than twenty years. We specialize in Mind-body medicine.

As leaders in Alternative Health, we provide healing practices that work in conjunction with traditional medicine. Our approaches include Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine,
Energy Medicine, Meditation and Mindfulness and Massage and Visceral Manipulation. Mind-body medicine includes treatments that focus on how our mental and emotional status interacts and affects the body's ability to function. Examples include meditation and various therapies expressed through art and music.
