Give yourself a break - literally. When you keep pushing yourself when your tank is empty, you aren't helping anybody. Your productivity is low when you cannot focus. Rest is just as important as motoring along. Take some time for yourself to recharge your batteries. Delegate some of your responsibilities for a little bit. Do something that makes you happy. This is the best way to raise your vibration as well as your physical health. You also have a better perspective of what needs to be done when you're not completely drained.
It's time for you to take care of you.
