An acne-removal face mask at home.
1. Start by taking a small teaspoon of alum powder. Alum is known for its astringent and antibacterial properties, which can help treat acne.
2. Next, add two teaspoons of Aloe vera gel. Aloe vera has soothing and anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce redness and inflammation associated with acne.
3. Mix one teaspoon of Multani mitt (Fuller's earth) powder afterwards. Multani mitti is a natural clay known for its oil-absorbing properties, making it beneficial for oily and acne-prone skin.
4. To create a smooth paste, mix the ingredients well with the help of rosewater. Rosewater not only helps in achieving the desired consistency but also has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties.
5. Apply the mixture evenly on your face and leave it on for approximately 15 to 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work on your skin. During this time, the mask can help absorb excess oil and impurities from the skin.
6. After 15 to 20 minutes, wash off the mask with lukewarm water. Gently pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
7. To further nourish and moisturise your skin, blend ten drops of rosehip oil with ten drops of rosewater. Rosehip oil is rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, which can help hydrate and rejuvenate the skin.
8. Lastly, apply the rosehip oil and rosewater blend on your face, gently massaging it in. This step will leave your skin feeling hydrated, soft, and rejuvenated.
By following these steps, you can enjoy the benefits of a homemade acne removal face mask and achieve smoother, silkier skin.ππβ€οΈπ
