Want to know how much your sleep is actually affecting your fat loss? đź‘€
There was a study where people followed the same calorie-restricted diet but had either 8.5 hours or 5.5 hours in bed.
Here’s the truth
The 8.5-hour group lost more than TWICE as much body fat — 1.4 kg vs. 0.6 kg.
And with less sleep?
More of the weight lost came from lean mass.
THIS is why I talk about sleep so much with my women.
You can focus on calories, protein, steps and workouts…
But if you’re consistently sleeping 5–6 hours a night, your body composition results may look very different.
Sleep isn’t just about feeling rested.
It’s part of your fat-loss strategy.
