Today we are envious of this Scitec 100% Whey Protein. We could also spend this day on the beach🏝. The good thing is that we can also carry our 100% Whey with us anywhere, even if we are just sitting in the car and waiting in the traffic🚗... Are you looking for a healthy snack for the weekend? Don't go any further! Here is another tasty creation from
Protein peanut butter ‘rocky road’ made with Scitec hazelnut whey protein 💪🏽🍫 (makes 16)

Ingredients:
150g of 70% Dark Chocolate
100g Wholefoods Blanched Peanuts
100g Smooth Peanut Butter
100g Mini Marshmallows
40g Scitec Hazelnut Choc whey protein

Method:
* Line a small tin with greaseproof paper (8” x 8”)
* Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave until it’s melted
* Add the peanut butter, melt a further 30 secs then mix well
* While still warm add the protein whey
* Add peanuts and marshmallows
* Pour the mixture into the tin and press down firmly
* Pop in the fridge for 20 mins then cut into 16 squares 4x4
* (Optional) Dust with icing sugar

What can be better in this 🌧 weather than a delicious, warm, colorful porridge???
This porridge will bring a little joy into your day!🤗 the recipe made by

Protein packed 💯 Whey porridge with Scitec lemon cheesecake whey 😋🙌🏻💪🏽
Topped with raspberries, nuts, caramelized banana slices and coconut with drizzled honey 🍌🥥🥜🍯😋

Ingredients:
50g Oats
110g Egg whites
1x Sachet Scitec Lemon Cheesecake Protein
200ml Water
*Optional purple food colouring
*

Method:
*Mix everything together, whack it in the microwave for about 2mins (depends on microwave) keep whisking every 30 secs until it thickens and keeps separated. (Small ballon whisk is best)
*Remove from microwave, prepare your toppings while the porridge thickens up, it will keep cooking once it’s out.
**❗️remember to keep stirring, this is important or you’ll end up with curdled scrambled porridge 🙈
If it’s too thick (over cooked) add a little cold water and whisk until it comes back to a normal consistency🙌🏻

Scitec Nutrition Canada Pumpkin Spice Protein Muffins

1.5 cups oat flour
90g Scitec Nutrition Canada 100% Whey Professional Vanilla
1 can pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
1/8 cup almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/3 tsp cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl, and stir with whisk to blend. In another bowl mix pumpkin puree, eggs, maple syrup and almond milk thoroughly until smooth. Add wet ingredients to large bowl, and mix until well blended. Portion batter into 10 muffin cups, pop in the oven and cook for 16-18mins, checking at 15mins with a toothpick. Let cool, and enjoy!
