COVID UPDATE
January 10, 2021

Due to the recent restrictions that were announced on December 8th.The Oliwei Spa will be CLOSED effective December 13, 2020 to January 21, 2021.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work together through these unprecedented times.

We want to thank our clients, community, our massage therapists and estheticians for their cooperation and understanding during these very difficult times.

Here are some of the changes we are making at the spa:

★ Disinfecting & sanitizing of the treatment rooms after each patient, along with frequent cleaning of the spa
★ Accepting e-transfer as payment methods to reduce physical distancing
★ Pre-screening of clients and staff before they enter our spa
★ Appointment only to limit congregation in our entrance and reception area
★ During whole treatment session, client only meet his/her practitioner
★ Timing client visits to allow for physical distancing
★ Providing personal protective equipment for clients, therapists and administrative staff
★ Providing a sanitized bin for your clothing and personal items while you receive treatment

OLIWEI SPA SUSPENDS THE OPERATIONS OF OUR 3 LOCATIONS AS PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE AGAINST SPREAD OF COVID-19

As of Monday March 16th, all Oliwei Spa locations at Lakeview, Vista Heights, and Willow Park had been suspended our operations until further notice to assist in reducing the potential spread of COVID-19. Oliwei Spa has made the proactive decision in order to prioritize the health and wellness of all its guests and employees.

The continued spread of COVID-19 in Canada and around the world is concerning and the Oliwei Spa is closely following the Public Health Agency of Canada recommendations. This closure will be temporary and is the best way to safeguard the health and well-being of Oliwei Spa’s communities.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to clients who currently have reservations as well as those who were planning to use our facilities in the near future. Updates on operations will be communicated through Oliwei Spas’ websites and social medias.

FAQ

EXISTING MASSAGE RESERVATIONS
Over the next few days, guests with a massage reservation will be contacted by one of our staff to cancel any reservation up to March 31st or until further notice and proceed with the refund. We will keep the coordinates of any guest who wishes to be contacted at the reopening to reschedule their massage.

FUTURE MASSAGE BOOKINGS
At this time massage bookings can only be made for dates beyond June 1st, 2020.

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND MEMBERSHIPS
Our Gift Certificates’ expiry date and Memberships will be extended for a period equivalent to the time the spa is closed. The Gift Certificates will be redeemable at any time after reopening.

Introducing Our New Massage Therapist Sharry Bhambra

Sharry is the massage therapist and very empathetic towards her clients. She uses variety of manipulative
interventions for the client well-being. Sharry is expert in client assessment, administering work and have
excellent knowledge in body mechanics and problem solving skills. She is a physiotherapist from India
and has 4 years of work experience as an assistant Physio in Calgary. Sharry has high experience with
therapeutic cupping, lymphatic drainage, hot and cold stone, pre and postnatal and sports massage. She
has high efficiency for trigger point release. Sharry work with a holistic patient centered focus with strong
communication skills. Accomplished great expertise in customer service oriented personality with
a good understanding of patients’ needs. She always uses a lot of techniques to put great focus
on finding out what is causing the patient’s physical imbalance.
