Weโ€™re hiring: SOAHAC is currently seeking the services of an Early Years Cultural Facilitator to join our interdisciplinary staff team to work at our Cambridge Site.

The Early Years Cultural Facilitator supports indigenous children, ages 0โ€“6 and their families through culturally grounded programming that promotes connection, identity and wholistic wellness. The Facilitator works collaboratively with SOAHAC staff to plan, prepare and deliver cultural activities, teachings and family programming in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

This position fosters family engagement and community connection by encouraging participation in culturally relevant activities and promoting access to wellness-based programs.

$25.29 - $31.61 per hour
21 hours/ week
HOOPP (defined benefit plan) optional

SOAHAC is currently seeking the services of a Indigenous Mental Health & Community Wellness Navigator to join our interdisciplinary staff team to work at our Cambridge Site.
The Indigenous Mental Health & Community Wellness Navigator is responsible for providing effective mental health intake, early intervention support, system navigation, and community outreach for Indigenous individuals and families across the lifespan. This role integrates culturally safe, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches to support wholistic wellness and coordinated care.
The Navigator works collaboratively with clients, families, Elders, and community partners to reduce barriers to services and promote access to appropriate mental health, addictions, and social supports.

$51,078 - $63,847 annual salary
35-hour work week
HOOPP pension + comprehensive benefits
Generous paid time off, including cultural and spiritual days
