During sessions, we often blend in complementary intuitive techniques depending on what is needed during our time together.

While reiki forms the core, sessions may incorporate: Crystal therapy, EFT, Hypnosis, NLP, Affirmation work, guided meditation, Vibrational medicine, Ayurvedic lifestyle consultation, Sound healing, Coaching, Prana based energy cleansing...and yes there may be at home practice steps aka homework!

Between the recent wildfire smoke that kept many of us indoors and helping my dad with cottage renovations, I've been reminded that life doesn't always go according to plan. Sometimes we're busy, sometimes we're forced to pause, and both have something to teach us.

In May, we assembled a gazebo at the cottage or rather, we survived building the gazebo at the cottage. What we were told might take “a few hours” somehow became a 12-hour adventure involving equal parts teamwork, patience, and wondering if we should actually follow the directions page by page...

Wishing you a happy May, dear friends! We have something like 26 trees on our property, and 9 of the smaller ones need pruning every year. There was a time I could do them all in one day.
