Echo Wellness Collective

Echo Wellness Collective A wellness space for moms, babies, and families — grounded in the nervous system, community, and connection. Welcome — you are not meant to do this alone. 💛

Echo Wellness Collective is a family-centered wellness space supporting mothers, babies, children, and families through the seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Our care is rooted in the nervous system — because when we help one person regulate, connect, and heal, it ripples through the whole family. We bring together prenatal & pediatric chiropractic, psychotherapy, and soon: massage the

rapy, lactation support, naturopathic care, perinatal education, and family-focused workshops. Our intention is simple:
To create a space where parents feel supported, babies feel safe, and families feel seen.

Occupational therapy for young children is about so much more than “skills” at Echo Wellness Collective | Cambridge, ON

It’s about helping your child feel confident, capable and supported in the things that matter most to them - both at home and in their everyday world.

OT can support young children with things like:

✨ Fine motor skills — grasping, drawing, cutting, colouring & getting dressed
✨ Sensory processing — understanding and responding to the world around them
✨ Emotional regulation — recognizing big feelings and learning ways to navigate them
✨ Play skills — building confidence, connection and independence through play
✨ Gross motor & coordination — developing the skills needed to move and participate with confidence
✨ Daily routines — supporting independence with eating, dressing, toileting and more
✨ Attention & participation — helping children engage in activities that are meaningful to them

And perhaps most importantly, OT meets your child where they are. 🙌🏻

Through play, connection and individualized support, we help children build skills while still being exactly who they are.

If you’re wondering if OT could support your little one, use the link in our bio to book a complementary consult with our pediatric occupational therapist, Samantha!

Your jaw and pelvic floor might seem like completely separate parts of the body… but they’re actually more connected than you might think.

Our massage therapist, Abi, loves exploring these kinds of connections in her work—looking at the body as a whole rather than treating each area in isolation.

She specializes in:
• Prenatal + postpartum massage
• TMJ therapy
• Lymphatic drainage
• Deep tissue massage

Abi has added Wednesday availability to her schedule at Echo! 🤍

If you’ve been thinking about booking a massage, this might be your sign.

Three pillars of care. One shared approach. 🤍

At Echo, our care is shaped around three areas that are especially meaningful to the individuals and families we support:

Perinatal care - supporting you through pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood.

Neurodivergent-affirming care - creating space to understand and support neurodivergent children, teens, and adults.

Oral-motor function & feeding - supporting the foundations of oral function, feeding, and development.

At Echo, we believe care should see the whole person, not just the concern that brought you through the door.

That means collaborative, relational, individualized care that meets you where you are and grows with you through every season.

If you’re exhausted from being told to just try a new behaviour chart; this is your sign there’s another way. 🤍

At EWC, we look underneath the behaviour to the nervous system driving it, with a team that works together instead of in silos:

🧠 Chiropractic care - gentle, neuro-functional adjustments that support how the brain and body communicate, helping with regulation, sleep, and overall nervous system function. PLUS nervous system scans that track the patterns of nervous system function.

✋ Occupational therapy - practical, individualized support for sensory processing, motor skills, and the everyday tasks that can feel harder for a neurodivergent child.

💛 Psychotherapy - support for the whole family’s emotional world, including a child’s big feelings and a parent’s own capacity to hold it all.

Three disciplines, one nervous-system-informed plan 🙌🏻 because your child (and you) deserve a team, not just a diagnosis.

It’s Maternal Mental Health Week 🤍

A time to acknowledge the real, complex, and often unseen experiences of motherhood — the love, the overwhelm, the identity shifts, the exhaustion, and everything in between.

1 in 5 women experience a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder during pregnancy or postpartum, and many go without the support they need.

If you’ve been feeling anxious, touched out, disconnected, or not like yourself… you’re not alone. And you’re not meant to carry this on your own.

Today, May 6, is World Maternal Mental Health Day. A reminder that maternal mental health matters, and support should be accessible, compassionate, and attuned.

At Echo, we support moms through pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood, and beyond with a nervous system–centered approach to therapy.

You deserve support that sees you, not just your role.
