With Wildness, an organism gains internal clarity, thereby presenting a consistent face or purpose to which other organisms can adapt. To be wild, there should be a level of honesty and directness, of spontaneity and instinctiveness. Organisms cannot properly participate in Wildness until they reach a level of internal quality or clarity where they have direct and honest touch with their base info

rmation and motivations. There is a difference between wildness and wilderness. Wildness is the force or quality of interaction, while wilderness is a place where wildness flourishes and has most influence, but wildness doesn't need to occur in wilderness. By organism, I refer to the human kind. (Lawrence J.Cookson, A definition for Wildness. Ecopsychology 2011; 187-191)

Wildness concept is a path, a way of living that keeps me true to myself and my beliefs. Wildness is a way of life and I invite you to explore it with me.

You can think otherwise as much as you want; you can eat well, exercise, take all your supplements, and meditate and still be in pain.

After a decade of working with the human body, I’ve learned one thing: THE BODY NEVER LIES.

If something is underlying the issue, it will keep reminding you through pain, fatigue, tension, sleep trouble, or mood shifts, just to name a few.

The body is a living network, exchanging information all the time: nervous‑system signals, immune markers, and the fascia, a continuous connective‑tissue web that links muscles, organs, and nerves, soaks up and transmits mechanical and chemical signals.

You may never truly live a free life until you meet what’s underneath: the held stress, the unresolved shock, the story your body keeps replaying.

Approaches that meet the body where it is, hands‑on care, movement, breath, and nervous‑system regulation, help the system re‑interpret those signals so you can move and feel more freely.

If you’re tired of temporary fixes, let’s look at what your body is trying to tell you.

"Your issues are in your tissues."

Research has revealed that emotions and cellular memory are stored in the fascia as well as other tissues.
Stored emotions and trauma can leave an imprint, not just emotionally, but physically too.
That pain in the shoulder, that tweaked lower back, that discomfort in the knee, that tight hip, ... They are all messages your body is giving you to slow down and listen.

My treatments offer a unique somatic healing approach, using mindful touch, stretching, rhythmic pressure, and the power of the breath to help release stored tension in the body.

Studies suggest that somatic therapies like Thai Massage and Breathwork can aid in calming the nervous system and fostering a sense of safety within your own body.
Let these practices guide you toward peace and renewal.

My oldest client is 86 years old!

She’s been coming to see me every week for quite some time now, and watching her relationship with her body deepen has been one of the greatest privileges of my work.

These treatments help her stay mobile and flexible, keep her joints nourished, and support her balance and ease of movement. And yes, she comes down and up from my mat on her own!

But the most beautiful part is what happens beyond the physical, the way she stays connected to herself, the way her awareness grows, the way she continues to inhabit her body with curiosity instead of fear.

Age doesn’t close the door on healing.

Age doesn’t limit what your body can learn.

Age doesn’t make you “too old” for this work.

If anything, it makes the work even more meaningful.

I am so deeply grateful for the trust the participants bring into our breathwork circle. Holding this space for our community feels like a quiet, sacred responsibility; one that humbles me and fills me with joy.

I’m honoured to create a place where people can arrive as they are, feel safe, and be guided gently back to their bodies. Some nights we laugh, some nights we soften into stillness, and sometimes we meet parts of ourselves we didn’t expect.
All of it matters.
All of it is welcome here.

A few truths I want to share:

This work is mutual: Your courage to show up teaches me as much as any technique I offer.

Vulnerability is strength: Naming what’s held in the body is the first step toward tending it.

Community heals: The tenderness and playfulness you bring make the container alive.

If you’ve ever wondered whether your presence matters; it does. If you’re curious about trying breathwork in a gentle, grounded way, you’re invited. Come as you are; there’s no perfect way to breathe here, only your way.

With so much gratitude and soft-heartedness,

Lou ✨️
