I am so deeply grateful for the trust the participants bring into our breathwork circle. Holding this space for our community feels like a quiet, sacred responsibility; one that humbles me and fills me with joy.
I’m honoured to create a place where people can arrive as they are, feel safe, and be guided gently back to their bodies. Some nights we laugh, some nights we soften into stillness, and sometimes we meet parts of ourselves we didn’t expect.
All of it matters.
All of it is welcome here.
A few truths I want to share:
This work is mutual: Your courage to show up teaches me as much as any technique I offer.
Vulnerability is strength: Naming what’s held in the body is the first step toward tending it.
Community heals: The tenderness and playfulness you bring make the container alive.
If you’ve ever wondered whether your presence matters; it does. If you’re curious about trying breathwork in a gentle, grounded way, you’re invited. Come as you are; there’s no perfect way to breathe here, only your way.
With so much gratitude and soft-heartedness,
Lou ✨️
