Tremoring Pine Healing

Tremoring Pine Healing Come back to your body. Come back to yourself. I find myself more in tune with my inner knowing and which boundaries I need to set to keep myself well.

My name is Jen Hamilton and I was first introduced to TRE® as I was struggling to cope with the effects of work place vicarious trauma. I immediately began to feel the benefits of the process, and with the guidance of my Certified Provider started to incorporate tremoring into my self-care routine. I have been consistently tremoring for 5 years now and not only am I amazed at the benefits to my ne

rvous system, but I am thrilled at the self awareness that has been cultivated along the way. Additionally, I have found TRE® to assist in my PTSD recovery, lower my anxiety, help with sleep, release tension from office life, and help to recover after exercise. I feel grateful every day that TRE® was introduced to me. As a TRE® Certified Practitioner In Training, I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal, restore balance, and release stored stress and trauma through natural, self-regulating mechanisms. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where individuals can reconnect with their bodies and develop greater resilience. I honor each person’s unique healing journey, empowering clients to trust their own process and move at a pace that feels right for them. TRE® is a gentle, body-based practice that allows for deep release without reactivating past trauma, and I am committed to guiding others in a way that is trauma-informed, client-led, and rooted in safety. Through TRE®, I aim to support individuals in cultivating greater self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. My role is not to "fix" but to facilitate—holding space for the body’s wisdom to unfold naturally, allowing for lasting transformation and integration.

If you’re sleeping but still waking exhausted…

It may not be laziness.
It may not be lack of discipline.

Sometimes a stressed nervous system struggles to fully recover... even during sleep.

Rest matters.
But regulation matters too.

Your body may need safety just as much as sleep.

Sometimes what feels like “I’m losing it” is actually a body moving through transition.

Perimenopause can impact sleep, stress tolerance, mood, and nervous system resilience.

You may need more rest.
More boundaries.
More support.
More compassion.

Not because you’re failing.

Because your body is changing.

This transition can become a doorwayinto deeper self-trust and embodiment.

Maybe I always knew.

Not necessarily a title.
Not a job.
Not something you can measure on paper.

Just this quiet pull to help people feel safe, seen, and a little more okay in their own skin.

Some dreams arrive early.
They just take time to understand.

Stillness can reveal what your body has been asking for all along.

You can be productive, responsible, and still deeply dysregulated.

Many people live in a state of “high functioning freeze”...showing up for everyone while feeling disconnected from themselves.

This isn’t laziness.
It isn’t weakness.
It’s often a nervous system adaptation to prolonged stress.

Healing may look less dramatic than people think.

It may look like softness.
Support.
Movement.
Safety.

Morning chorus on the Beaver Lodge Lands.

A reminder that life is always speaking if we slow down enough to listen.

A slower pace is not failure. It’s a form of self-respect.

Sometimes we think regulation has to look a certain way..
quiet, still, intentional.

But today, it looked like this.

Right in the middle of my tremor, I was pulled into play…
into laughter, into connection.

And instead of resisting it, I let myself follow.

Because the nervous system doesn’t just regulate through stillness…
it also regulates through joy, movement, and safe connection.

This was a gentle reminder that coming back to ourselves
can be light, playful, and unexpected too.
