I’m here in the old engine room at the BAKEHOUSE in Duggan Wellness Centre
Everything’s fired up and it’s a sauna in here.

Todays soup cream of portabello and rosemary and is gluten and dairy free.

Chicken taco salads

The sarnies are all 10$ and if I have it I can make it.

The towers are starting to really put out things like zukes and peppers, little cherry tomatoes. Beginning next week I will have tower grown produce for sale.

Todays soup is Italian vegetable beef, it’s gf and df

The sandwich is a grilled bacon tomato and cheddar sandwich with fresh grown tower cukes.

Asian pear with bacon and brie

All the other lovely selections.

Well that’s a real watermelon, grown hydroponically in a garden tower.
I didn’t expect it…. But there it is:)
Todays soup will be chicken tomato with hearty vegetable and noodles.
It’s dairy free today but not gluten free.
Let’s say that all sandwiches are 10$ today.
It’s blue plate day and it’s creamy garlic scampi with fresh made fettuccine. It’s marvelous.
There will be about 6 extra for walk-in customers today.
