DEEP DIVE EXPERIENCE

The Deep Dive is a program that works with the inner-shadows of an individual. Inner shadows are composed of parts of the self that are subconsciously rejected. They create negative patterns in life and hold us back to embody who we are meant to be. Creating a safe space for men to gather and connect in brotherhood and access part hat has been hidden from themselves and bring light and love for those emotions to rise and be held in a comfort zone.

This program is designed for those who are ready to dance and play with their inner shadows in a healthy way. The goal with this work is to increase self-awareness, self-acceptance and compassion within themselves.
