This space and the thousands of sacred moments shared with others has me feeling teary and fuzzy all over.
6 years ago I believed I could make a difference and sometimes when the path is unclear, belief is all that matters.

The journey begins. My main squeeze had knee replacement surgery today and is doing awesome! His Pilates rehab won’t be for a while yet but I will document his progress along the way. Partnering with his physio and medical teams, Pilates will be a focus for getting his body in tip-top shape and his knee ready to get back on the squash court and golf course. Cheers to happy knees!
