We have a walk this Sunday, June 14th, at 11 a.m. Meet at the Lady Macdonald parking lot. (500 benchlands trail)

Found a fallen spruce tree with tons of immature cones! These will make a delicious soda for increasing vitamin c and buffering the immune system!

Take a look at this beautiful stinging nettle! I have never seen stinging nettle in the valley. This was by an old heritage home in Canmore with a spring near by. Stinging nettle has antihistamines that help with allergies, and the formic acid stings help relieve arthritis, and heal inflamed tissues! And the roots can help boost testosterone! And a tea made from the young leaves can be made for a super nutrient boost

Been dreaming of making this for years, with my absolute favorite flower. 🍇

I infused the flowers in cashew milk in the fridge for about 36 hours and it worked to infuse the floral flavour!! It was an experiment to see what would happen, so grateful it worked.

Added in some vanilla whey protein, and it tastes amazing!! 💜💜💜
