A consultation at Radiance is a thorough assessment. Here is how it goes.

It starts with one of the nurses on Dr. Laliberte's surgical team. Your nurse asks what is bothering you, why now, and what you hope to feel afterwards. Then, with your permission, your nurse examines you and takes your measurements. It is a personal conversation, and it goes at your pace.

Dr. Laliberte comes in next, already briefed on your history, your measurements and your goals. He is a Canadian Royal College Certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon with more than ten years of surgical experience. He examines you himself, confirms or adjusts the plan, and gives your questions plain answers.

The attention to detail does not stop at the door. Every step of your care has been thought about in advance: the preparation before surgery, a recovery team of plastic-surgery-trained nurses, and follow-up that watches over healing until you are through it. That is what care means here.
