Come join us this afternoon from 2pm-5pm for our annual Community Appreciation BBQ. Enjoy delicious burgers and ice cream. Warm up by dancing with live music from Side Hustle. A beautiful day, a big objective, a few kilometres in and… there it is. 😅
If you’re heading out on the trails, make a little room in your pack for some blister & first aid essentials:

Bandages & blister patches
Polysporin
Antiseptic wipes
A few basic first aid supplies
And an extra pair of dry socks never hurts!

Even better? Pay attention to those early hot spots and cover them before they turn into a blister.

Pharmacist: Expectation vs. Reality 😂

Expectation: We spend all day filling prescriptions.
Reality: Somewhere between medication expert, detective, IT support, travel advisor, teacher, cheerleader… and occasionally, snack recommender. 😅

No two days behind the pharmacy counter look quite the same, and that’s part of what we love about it.

Back-to-School Health Starts Here! 🍎📚

New backpacks, new routines… and a little extra preparation to help keep everyone feeling their best as we head back to school!

Before the first bell rings, check a few health essentials off your list:
-Keep water bottles filled and encourage regular hydration
- Start getting bedtime routines back on track

Not all superheroes wear capes… some wear pharmacy coats

From deciphering doctors’ handwriting to pronouncing medication names we’re pretty sure have too many syllables, pharmacists develop a very particular set of superpowers. 😂

And yes… somehow we usually know which one you mean when you ask for "my little white pill.”

It’s all part of the job, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
