So I have been making jokes about how our treadmills and how they have become the coat hanger, the dust factory, spider playground you name it 🤣🕸️ But let's change that! 🙏 I finally cleaned mine.

So here's your reminder to just walk🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ 30 minutes a day!
It could be a walk on a treadmill, walk up and down your hall, or get dressed up and head outdoors🌨️🪾🌲.

Benefits of walking 30 minutes a day!
💚 Boost heart health
💚 Improve mood
💚 Makes carrying laundry a lot easier when you can breathe 🤣
💚 Takes care of the joints
💚 When fully present, helps even out unbalanced tone in the muscles.
💚 Shakes stress that triggers your muscles to stay tense! 🏋️‍♀️
💚 Massage therapy visits feel a little nicer on muscles, less sensitivity💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

So for your health and mine, let's walk 30 minutes a day! 🙏

Finding a space to talk should feel like a breath of fresh air. We are so excited to announce that Shearer Wellness Counselling Services is officially opening our newest location right in Canora! We are excited to provide counselling to the Parkland!

Whether you are looking for a quiet space for yourself, a way to reconnect as a couple, or support for your family, our doors are open. We're currently setting up a peaceful sanctuary for your healing journey.
