Today officially kicks off my brand-new SOLE SESSIONS SUNDAYS!

Every Sunday throughout September, I’ll be sharing a little something about foot reflexology, natural wellness, relaxation and the amazing connection between our feet and our bodies. 👣

So, let’s start with the question I get asked most…

WHAT EXACTLY IS REFLEXOLOGY? 🤔

Reflexology is a natural therapy that uses specific pressure techniques on areas of the feet that are traditionally associated with different areas and systems of the body.

But reflexology isn’t simply a foot massage.

It is a dedicated time to slow down, relax and allow yourself to step away from the busy pace of everyday life. 🌿

And one of my favourite things about reflexology is that every person’s experience is different.

✨ Some people come for relaxation.
✨ Some are curious about natural therapies.
✨ Some simply love how they feel after a session.
✨ And some tell me they wish they had discovered reflexology sooner!
