FLORALS ❤️

I absolutely love the outcome, and this particular piece was actually a bit of a challenge before I agreed to it.
I was approached to sort of mask and blend a new tattoo/style around the existing piece, without a coverup, in order to maintain a fineline vibe. I couldn’t be happier 🥰

A shin tattoo from a couple months back 🐶

I’ve managed to create another backlog of work to be posted this summer as I try to balance my personal clients, owning a business, and living LIFE!

Thank you for everyone supporting and continuing to watch and engage with my posts 🖤

People see the finished artwork, the instagram photo.

They don’t always see the 12+ hour days, the late nights, the endless emails, the bookkeeping, the marketing, the problem solving, the cleaning, the planning, and the risks that come with building something from the ground up.

I’m proud of the art I create, but I’m just as proud of the business I’ve built.

Ash&Arbour Tattoo Co. was never meant to be “just another tattoo shop.” It was built to exceed expectations. Built to be inviting, professional. Built to raise the standard.

Fully healed‼️

Lately I’ve been getting lost in fantasy books, so it was especially fun bringing that inspiration into a full sleeve. From mythical beings and ancient magic to epic landscapes and hidden lore, this piece felt like illustrating a story straight from the pages of a fantasy novel.

Would you wear a fantasy-inspired tattoo? ⚔️✨

The way I am obsessed with this 🤤 🖤

Never been good with the photography aspect of tattooing so as usual, here are some photos straight off the camera roll.

This was so SO so fun to do.

I’ll never get tired of lady faces and florals, a timeless classic blend 🖤

Thinking about a cover-up tattoo but not sure where to start? Here are some of the most common questions I get👇

✨ “Can you cover black ink?”
Often yes, but not always with lighter colours. Animals, florals, realism, saturated and high contrast concepts tend to work best over darker tattoos.

✨ “Can I choose anything I want?”
We’ll always do our best to work with your ideas, but successful cover-ups are a collaboration. Sometimes certain designs simply won’t hide the old tattoo effectively.

✨ “Will people still see the old tattoo?”
A good cover-up shouldn’t immediately read as a cover-up. In some cases, faint traces may exist underneath depending on the original tattoo and healing.

✨ “Do cover-ups cost more?”
Cover-ups are typically more time-consuming and technically challenging than a fresh tattoo, so pricing can reflect that.

If you’ve been hiding a tattoo you regret, this is your sign to finally do something about it 🖤

Freehand chest piece ✔️

My client sat like a rock, we watched some alien conspiracy documentaries and overall a great session. 👽
Super happy with the outcome of this tattoo, and the overall fit of how this blends with my client’s existing sleeve. I love the art of free-handing art to make things flow with the natural shape of a person’s body.
