Hello beautiful people. Loneliness is not a feeling to be ignored. It’s a red flag and a significant risk factor. It’s part of our warning system letting us know something is off and in need of our attention. Loneliness puts us at elevated risk not just for anxiety and depression but also for heart attack, stroke and other diseases. Loneliness needs our loving, attuned attention.

Remember, healing is possible , hope is essential and help IS available.
