A few words from a client message that I’ll probably keep forever. 🥹❤️
There was a time when anxiety had made her world very, very small.
Leaving the house felt hard. Being around people felt hard. Even sitting safely on her own couch felt hard.
And now I get messages like this.
This is why I will never stop challenging the idea that the best we can hope for is learning how to “cope” with anxiety.
Yes, we learn how to meet it differently. We learn the tools. We understand the nervous system, the mind, the emotions, the patterns and the body.
But ultimately? We’re working toward getting your LIFE back.
Crossing bridges you genuinely didn’t believe you’d ever cross.
That’s the work. And damn, am I grateful I get to witness it. ❤️
There’s a much bigger conversation to be had about anxiety than “how do I cope with this?” 👁️
We’re having it this Fall. 🌻
