My time spent providing one-on-one coaching to help women to lose weight has been so rewarding. So many women don't know where to begin. So I created a 2 hr (20 short modules) audio course that all my clients get when they start weight loss coaching with me. I am currently giving away this course for FREE. It's available at my stanstore. https://stan.store/awoodcoaching The course is called What, When and How to Eat for Sustainable Weight Loss. In the meantime, I am working on PART 2- a workbook with psychological strategies, worksheets and journal pages to help women to work through all the obstacles getting in the way of their weight loss journey. This is a culmination of all the handouts that I give my clients to help them stay on track and change patterns and habits so they can reach their weight loss goals. So watch this space, It will be coming out by the end of 2024!
