I want to take a moment to celebrate this moment! This month marks 2 years working with this amazing team as a Holistic Health Practitioner/ Thyroid Coach!

Together, under Dr. Rachel Vong we have worked with women from all over the world helping them go from a place of hopefulness desperation…women with thyroid disease, insulin resistance, hormone imbalance, gut issues, weight issues… to women who are now thriving in their health! 👊🏽

We’ve seen the most amazing transformations and I couldn’t be more honoured to be a part of those life changing stories!

I knew from a young age that the Lord had called me into health care. He used my own healing journey to help shape and prepare me and now to be doing what I love and making a difference in the lives of women and to be in a position where I get to continuously learn and grow as a Holistic Health Practitioner… it is truly something to celebrate and praise the Lord for!

Thank you Dr. Vong, Chrystal and Quinn for 2 amazing years, for the encouragement, the mentorship, the friendships! 💕

How to transition to an anti-inflammatory diet to restore your health… 🤺

3️⃣ main suggestions, BUT, most people won’t make these changes. The ones who are suffering, the people who are so tired of feeling this way, who want their life back…

Those are the people who will read this, absorb it and put it into action.

Gluten, dairy and sugar. Start with one category at a time.

Alternative List: 🗒️
This is a tool I give to my clients. I will include a link to the PDF in my LinkTree bio for those who are ready to change their health. Print this out and post it on your fridge. In the left hand column, right down the sugary, gluten or dairy items (again, you can focus on just one category to make it more realistic for you and your family). In the right hand column write down two anti-inflammatory, whole-food, gluten free options next to it.

Ex. Oreos > Homemade banana muffins 🍌 (cassava flour with honey) & Lara Bars.

Pasta > Rice dish 🍛& chickpea noddles

Anti-inflammatory nutrition means freedom, not restriction. Over time you will watch your alternative list grow, and eventually you will have a whole new repatoir of anti-inflammatory foods and recipes that are fueling your body and supporting you in living in healing and freedom… and you’ll enjoy them too!
