Now accepting new patients for Manual Osteopathy in Castlegar.

After completing a 4-year program, I’m excited to transition my practice and offer osteopathic manual treatments, building on my foundation of over 20 years of experience as a manual therapist.

Classical manual osteopathy is a principles-based hands-on treatment following the teachings of Andrew Taylor Still, and uses gentle manual applications to improve mobility, relieve tension, and support the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate.

Osteopathic manual therapy is guided by core principles that emphasize the relationship between structure and function, and aims to restore balance across the musculoskeletal, nervous, circulatory, visceral, and cranial systems.
